Highest point of the 4-mountain ski area Schladming

The summit

Where you feel close to heaven

The panoramic views to the Dachstein mountains and the Schladming Tauern is a real postcard motif - but even better in real life. Anyone who stands at the top knows: this is more than just a summit. It's an emotion.

The summit lift comfortably takes you up to the highest point of the 4-mountain ski area, to 2,015 meters. Take a selfie with our mascot Wolli and let the breathtaking views across the entire Ennstal amaze you. Do you know the surrounding mountains? Find the names of the peaks at the Genussinsel, there are two panorama boards with all the mountains and places labeled. Don't forget: Make an entry into the summit book - for lasting memories of a special moment.

And then? Enjoy the ride down the eastern slope and stop off at the Bergschlössl - preferably on the roof terrace with a plate of home-made ribs and a view back to the summit you have just conquered.

Very close to the Höflehner family's red deer

Red deer park

Enjoy gliding on flat slopes

Majestic, powerful and yet so shy - watching red deer in the wild is a very special experience and it is possible at Hauser Kaibling.

Next to piste no. 3 and clearly visible from the Höfi-Express I 4-seater chairlift is the Höflehner family's deer park. With a bit of luck, you can observe the animals in peace and quiet - sometimes even while they are being fed. A special moment in the middle of the ski day that will amaze young and old alike.

Our family tip: The Höfi ski runs are not too steep, wide and perfectly groomed - great for beginners, and connoisseurs, perfect for easy-going carving turns. And if you ski with your eyes wide open, you might even spot a proud stag.

For families, children and beginners

Wolli's Kids Park

Free practice area in the valley

Located at the valley station and easily accessible from the parking lot, a real highlight awaits families and beginners: Wolli's Kids Park - a 24,000 m² practice area that makes children's eyes light up and helps adults to get started on skis.

Three magic carpets, a platter lift and plenty of space for practicing make the first day of skiing a stress-free experience. Carefully designed play and fun elements such as Schaferl sliding animals or snowbikes provide exercise, fun, and variety in the snow. Parents relax on comfortable seats with the best view of the action, and the adjacent AlmArenA with its sun terrace offers culinary refreshments.

Tip: Wolli's Kids Park can be used free of charge and makes Hauser Kaibling a family ski area with a heart - let winter fun begin in the most relaxed way.
