In winter as well as in summer, the Schutzhaus Kaiblingalm offers mountain enjoyment at the highest level. With fabulous views of the Dachstein mountains, let your soul relax as you lie on the sun terrace. The Schutzhaus belongs to the „Naturfreunde (Friends of Nature) and is one of the 15 ski lodges on Hauser Kaibling.
The Kaiblingalm area has long been considered an „insiders secret“ among nature lovers – because even from your first descent on the wide open slopes you cannot resist the fantastic view of the Dachstein mountains. Where can you better enjoy such a nautral gem than on the large sun terrace, with table service. The view across to the XXL Funslope also provides interesting action to watch.
Of course when the soul is resting, the palate should not be neglected, so here you can also enjoy homely and regional cuisine with locally grown ingedients.

You can spend the night at the Kaiblingalm and enjoy the starry skies as well as the peace and quiet in the evenings, before heading out onto the freshly groomed slopes, in the morning, which are directly in front of the hut.
Summer tip
In summer, cows, sheep and horses enjoy the lush alpine meadows and pastures. Children can let off steam at the playground while parents relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The pastures can be reached via the scenic hiking trails or one of the easy walking routes (suitable for pushchairs).
