COVID-19 meant life happened in our own four walls. But because everyone did their bit and followed the preventive measures, we can now confidently look to the future.

The Hauser Kaibling team is looking forward to your visit with confidence and joy. Our focus is the health and safety of our guests and staff. So we’ve rethought every aspect of our safety measures to keep everyone healthy.

We protect our guests and staff

  • Mandatory use of face masks in the godola and where one-metre distancing is not possible.
  • Face masks are available at the 8seater gondola lift base station for € 1.
  • Instead of shaking hands we'll give you a smile :-)
  • One-metre social distancing everywhere.
  • Sanitisers are available at all playing facilities and activity staions
  • All toilet facilities have sanitisers.
  • Deep-cleaning measures in place  for all  toilet facilities and heavily frequented surfaces
  • Huts are open for food and drinks during your walk or bike ride, provided the safety measures are followed
  • Our lift-station staff are well trained and happy to help or explain our COVIC-19 safety measures
  • Hygiene signposts to help protect each other
  • Contactless payment available

Of course, we’re following government measures and will adjust our guidelines daily if needed.
